Today was a bizarre day. I worked this morning, met up with parents, had an important phone call, and then had to get ready to head over to my favorite festival of the summer — ComFest.
ComFest is an interesting mix and it's always great to go and people watch. It's all community-based and is run by volunteers and no corporate sponsors. There's a lot of live music and other strange happenings. I'm excited because I got a peach-colored cup this year! We had a good time but it was actually really chilly out and I had a headache from the long day.
What put the icing on the cake was when my iPhone fell (and very short drop might I add) and hit the sidewalk flat on its back. It shattered. I've owned each iPhone since it was first released in 2007, and I've never had the problems that I have with the iPhone 4. I've already shattered the front and the back. So infuriating! I might actually opt to replace it myself with a red or blue back from iFixDirect. Which color do you like more? I'm leaning a little more towards the blue...
But after all of that, we headed home and I fell asleep on the couch until 11pm. We hadn't eaten yet, so we skipped over to the grocery store to pick up something fast and easy.
