Another scorcher again here in Columbus. It was around one hundred... again! Sometimes it's the extreme temperatures that make me daydream for San Diego or somewhere more consistent. Because of the heat, I stayed inside as much as possible. If you're following, you probably noticed that I started a giveaway today! The other big news for my day is that I upgraded to the new Mac OS X Lion operating system. So far I like it (even though I think it messed up my Photoshop CS4 a bit) and the interface is really lovely. I'm just trying to get used to the backwards scrolling gesture. Maybe more info on this later.
Onto the outfit — Geoff was ready to throw out his Ladytron band t-shirt. My immediate thought was Noooooo! I can make something out of it! Well, it sat in my to-do bin for a while until I removed the sleeves and added some fringe. I like it quite a bit now. As someone who normally doesn't like graphic tees, I found this one to be swell. I'm not really sure what's up with my awkward pouty face here, but ignore that. This striped shirt was super-extra-double-major large on me, and I am planning on making a tank out of the fabric. But for now, I figured I would just remove the sleeves. I'm pretty happy with it for the time being.
