ELF Cosmetics Disney Villain Nail Polish Set

I've been lusting over the Disney Villain makeup collection every since I saw these lovely watercolor-esque images on Tumblr. While running an errand at Walgreens, I came across my local store's small collection — and picked up the nail polish set and the Ursula eyelashes (more on that later).

The nail polishes are by ELF, a cosmetic brand that I've reviewed many times in the past. I love their makeup (especially their primer!), but have yet to try any of their nail polishes — not sure why, I guess because at the low price point I assumed that they would be thin and require many coats. Still, I wanted to give this collection a shot and I'm super happy that I did.

First of all, this is a Walgreens exclusive and is $9.99. Such a steal! You can also buy makeup pallets, cometic bags, nail art kits (which I am dying to find but have had no luck yet!) and false lashes.

These samples are a single coat on a white false nail. The coverage is really impressive! Here's the breakdown of colors (and links to dupes if you're unable to get your hands on the boxed set!):

Ursula
Sea Escape — A dark blackish-blue with blue flake
Mint Cream — A minty, Mini Penny signature!
Coral Dream — Perfect, light coral.

Maleficent
Gina Girl — A sheer purple with purple and pink glitter
Mod Mauve — My favorite color of the collection!
Bubblegum Pink — A dark, pretty baby pink.

Cruella De Vil
Smokey Brown — Beautiful neutral brown.
Smokin' Hot — Cruella's signature cherry red.
Nude — A pinkish-beige tone.

Evil Queen
Thunderstorm — Deerp, dark grey
Cranberry — A metallic burgundy.
Pot of Gold — Perfectly metallic gold!

All of these colors are available in full size, individual bottles on ELF's website (and for $2 each!), so if you want a specific Villain, or even the whole set, it still won't break the bank!

So far, I'm amped on these, and I can't wait to do some nail art revolving around these color sets — if will be even more awesome if I can get my hands on those nail art kits! How about you? Have you tried any of the Disney Villain line? Thoughts?
