You've Got Nail 14

After hearing about Scratch Monthly Mani Box, I signed up immediately. The bummer is that I did so around the second of the month, meaning I had to wait until December to get my first box. Agh! I was so anxious to try out their nail wraps, that I ordered a set to hold me over until my first box. After much deliberation, I landed on the Roppongi Glam wraps. I think it's pretty clear that I love geometric nail designs! They're a transparent wrap, so the color you choose shows through. Awesome.

A while back I purchased this nail polish — Revlon Chroma Chameleon. And for the second time, I'm really disappointed by it's quality. Don't get my wrong. It's a great color.... eventually. But I had to slap on about six or seven coats to get it this pigmented. I look forward to trying other brands of chameleon and holographic polishes because I love the look. Any suggestions for good coverage?

As for the wraps, they are pretty great. Scratch shipped them to me really fast. In the package were the wraps, a small (and adorable) nail file, and an orange stick. Bam. They were a little more like decals — thin, flexible, and had a tiny bit of stretch. I would say that this set is right up there with the Sally Hansen kind! And with so many amazing patterns available! I can't wait to try more.

Here's how I got this look:
