You've Got Nail 54

I've been seeing ImPress nail sets lately at Walgreens and, while I like their designs, was hesitant about using a pre-glued manicure. My experience in the past with other brands had been less than stellar, but when ImPress offered to send over a few sets to try, I gave them a go.

I was sent two styles — Bells & Wishes and a plain red set. I started with the red set and shaped them as I preferred. I wore them about a day and a half being moving on to the next style. The Bells and Wishes wore for about a day.

I wash my hands a lot at work (and constantly wear gloves, etc), and I was surprised they lasted as long as they did. Granted, 24-48 hours is much shorter than my normal manicures, but they were still a good solution for a quick manicure on the go.

Pros
❖ The self-stick tabs are pretty strong and make for a no-mess application.
❖ Lots of great styles to choose from!
❖ When I did remove the nails, they came off with ease without damaging my real nails. What a relief!
❖ Affordable and accessible!

Cons
❖ Not best for long-term wear
❖ It doesn't seem as though they come in a variety of shapes (that I've seen), so be prepared to shape 'em yourself.

Personally, I'm not sure if I would go out and purchase these on my own for the single fact that I prefer my manicures last a week. With that being said, I think these are a good solution if you need a good-looking manicure for a date night, a special event, or a photo shoot!

Nail sets were gifts from ImPress Manicures and BrandBacker. All opinions are my own.
