My schedule has been non-stop this year — between work and everything that's going on in the world, I think self-care is important. For me, it's the little things: I love sheet masks. I love doing my nails. And I love coffee. When I go to LA, I always stock up on a ton of masks in Little Tokyo. Recently, I saw a friend of mine post about Facetory, which is a subscription box for Korean sheet masks. I figure I would give it a try and opted for the $15/month package. I've become so bored with regular subscription boxes (aside from Scratch Monthy Mani of course!) that I'm elated to find this and have some exciting mail each month.
The above photo shows the masks I received in my January box.
❖ Nuca Hydro Superjelly Aqua Coral Mask
❖ MSbyN Deep Aqua System Mask
❖ Frienvita Re-New Filtering Caviar Vita B Mask
❖ 23 Years Old Badecasil Dermaseal Mask
❖ A by Bom Ultra Perfect Cream Mask
❖ Point de mire Snow Cooling & Lifting Mask
❖ Dr. Jart+ Vital Hydra Solution Mask
My favorites are absolutely the Frienvita Caviar Mask and the Dr. Jart+ Vital Hydra. The Frienvita made my skin feel so soft, while the Dr. Jart+ made my skin feel moisturized. Another fun one was the Point de mire Snow Cooling & Lifting Mask — putting it on sort of felt like jumping in a cold swimming pool.
New to sheet masks? Check out this how-to! And afterwards, sign up for your own Facetory box here (pssst: The February boxes look amazing!).
What is your favorite form of self-care?
