The Denim Duster

I've been low-key in love with the denim duster idea since I saw it hit Madewell's website earlier in the year. I figure if I have so many denim jackets, maybe I should add this long version to my wardrobe.

Summer Forever

Fall temperatures are flirting with us, but I'm not ready to give up my palms and tropical prints just yet. I scored these shorts at H&M a few weeks ago (and now they're just $10!) and I absolutely love pairing them with crop tops.

I'm wishing you all a safe weekend. Everything in the states feels extra heavy (and keeps getting heavier) and volatile as of late — I encourage everyone to speak up in their communities against white supremacy and bigotry. It's hard to know the right words to say at the moment. Don't allow yourself to stop listening and learning. Stay safe physically and mentally and support the people around you. Mini Penny Blog is strictly anti-Nazi and anti-Trump; this is my space and if you feel the need to defend either of those groups, you are not who I want here. Spread empathy and and understanding in each part of your world.

Happy Monday! Here are some simple rose nails to kick off the week. There were an easy manicure with Daily Charme water transfers and some gold embellishment stickers from Amazon. Enjoy!

The Lace Romper

Happy Friday! Today I'm wearing a sheer and ruffled romper. Black and gold is forever my favorite combo and this one piece has a fun flared sleeve to give it some extra oomph.

Jumper

When I pick out jumpsuits, I normally go for all black. I loved wearing this light floral style with off the shoulder detail for a day of thrifting and walking around the neighborhood with my buddy Brock.
