Current Beauty Faves

It's that time of year! Time to talk about all of my favorite beauty products as we enter the autumn season. Back at the beginning of summer, I showed you a heap of my go-tos, and this quarter, I have so many more fun items to share! Some of these are no-brainers (hint hint, Fenty and Glossier), but there is a drugstore surprise in here as well! Click through for all of the details.

For starters, I always have to rep my love for Facetory. This summer I got three boxes of sheet masks and even shared them with friends for fun pals-night-in. My favorite masks were the Baby Face Injection Mask and the Yadah Soothing Jelly Pack. Do you love sheet masks? You can get a box every month sent to you home! Sign up with my link and get up to four free masks.

I was gifted the Boscia Cactus Water Moisturizer and I love it so much. I keep it in my refrigerator, so when it's time to apply, it is refreshing as heck. The moisturizer absorbs nicely and leaves my skin feeling soft. Wanna know something super weird? I get dry skin on my ear lobes (ew, I know, sorry). This Cactus Water Moisturizer has been a life-saver (ear-saver?) for me!

I've heard plenty of people preaching the goodness of Kérastase for a while now. I made the plunge a couple months ago during my last salon visit. From all of the coloring and heat I use on my hair, it's damaged. This Sérum Thérapiste Dual Treatment serum has made my hair feel better and is the perfect refresher while I style each morning!

I feel like Fenty products are kind of a given, right? Fenty exploded onto the makeup scene and I finally purchased the Stunna Lip Paint in Uncensored about a month ago. It is truly a perfect red! I adore the color and wearability, but beware! Get yourself a clear lip liner to avoid feathering. Have you tried this product or any of the new color releases?

I tried to avoid Glossier for a while. I'm not sure why — something about their advertising always threw me off. Models with perfect skin that did not resemble mine at all didn't have me scrambling to order. While at a Nike event over the summer, I was gifted the Glossier Balm Dotcom, the SPF, and the Lidstar. I fell in love with it all, especially the balm, and hit up the Glossier pop up store that just opened here in Chicago. I ended up buying three more Balm Dotcom tubes (the cherry, rose, and birthday!), plus the Boy Brow. And I gotta say — Boy Brow is incredible. Up next, I want to pick up their perfume. It reminds me so much of Chloé! What are your favorite Glossier products?

This fun little dude doesn't have a brand on him, and I honestly don't even take that many baths. But I found this in a fun cryptid store in Northern Michigan while on a trip with my mom over Labor Day weekend. I can't wait to use it! Do you use bath bombs? What are your favorites?

I've posted about Ouai in the past (pssst I always found out how to say it — it's pronounced "way"). I already love their wave spray, and have found a new obsession in this Ouai Hair Oil. I scrunch this on my ends while my hair is dry and head out the door!

I first heard about Davines because of the packaging! Of course! Their labels are super minimal and I love that. They were kind enough to send over a few of their hair masks and conditioners, but I ended up enjoying the Minu Shampoo the most. This stuff smells great and is specifically made for colored hair. Oh... did I mention that I'm switching up my hair color soon? It's gonna be a big change...!

How's this for a shocker? I struggle to find a mascara that I love. Last year I found Tina McElvoy's mascara, and I'd still say it's my number one favorite. But being able to walk into any drug store and pick up an easy mascara has always been my goal. Most mascaras end up leaving some dark marks underneath my eye (while I'm microblading and looking down often, my lashes rub and transfer!). I went out on a limb and tried the Maybelline TotalTemptation Waterprooof Mascara and it's amazing! It has a traditional applicator – I hate the plastic ones — and leaves me with beautiful lashes that aren't clumpy.

And finally, how cute is this new train case from Joligrace? They sent me this case at the end of summer and I've been using it a lot. This is the size large and it fits so much makeup — even my palettes!

It has a handle for easy carrying, as well as a shoulder strap. The outside is a gloss finish and easy to clean. Plus — stars! I've been very into star patterns this year and I'm not sure why. This case totally gets my fix!

I've been wanting to downsize my makeup collection, and this large case was a great opportunity for me to do that. I can still fit a lot of stuff, but then it forced me to edit out old products I was no longer using. Now everything I use is within reach and is organized all in one place.

My absolute favorite thing about the Star Joligrace train case is the holographic finish. See how those stars are glowing colorfully? An added bonus is that each of the trays has adjustable dividers. It's perfect for custom organization! You can find this one here or shop their other sizes and designs here.

What are your favorite finds this season? Let me know in the comments!
